6 wallpapers for you (various)
Was meaning to do this before I went on holiday, but got sidelined...but at least there here now. So, here are the last few wallpapers I did before my Adobe Photoshop CS 2 trial ran out at the beginning of the month and I soooo don't want to go back to my photo editor I had before but its so hard when you wantto create stuff. Just had a birthday and received some money, so will save up and as for now....could get another trial version, lol. All 800x600 Drew Fuller - http://xs.to/xs.php?h=xs110&d=06525&f=drew4.jpg Kaley Cuoco - http://xs.to/xs.php?h=xs410&d=06526&f=kaley5.jpg Wes Ramsey - http://xs.to/xs.php?h=xs511&d=07011&f=wesr6.jpg Dark Angel (Jessica Alba) - http://xs.to/xs.php?h=xs411&d=07011&f=DA.jpg Julian McMahon - http://xs.to/xs.php?h=xs511&d=07011&f=mcmahon2.jpg Brian Krause - http://xs.to/xs.php?h=xs411&d=07011&f=brian2.jpg All but one are all Charmed connected, but most of my wallpapers are Charmed related, lol.

I really like them all!!! I like the smoothness of the Kaley Cuoco images. The contrast of the Drew Fuller between him and the background works great. The Wes Ramsey one is simple but nice. The Julian McMahon one is just really cool. The texture in the Dark Angel and Brian Krause ones work really well. Very nice work.

Thanks!! The Julian one I was just sticking on loads of layers of colours and effects with differing filters, just to see how it turned out lol. I think the Kaley images look smooth because the images were very high quality, as I don't remember doing anything to them except maybe altering the brightness and contrast. Half way through the Dark Angel wall I was actually dragged to a party next door and when I came back (many hours later), totally forgot what I wanted to do with it next. Actually, for some of the Brian Krause one was with aid of one of your tutorials on your site Steve :) Be proud. Didn't use all of it, just some of it.

Nice work - keep playing with filters and textures. I think Brian Krause and Dark Angel are the best here - great use of textures, but it still retains the original image quite well. I think in McMahon and Drew Fuller, the effects are a bit too strong.

I think in McMahon and Drew Fuller, the effects are a bit too strong. Admittedly, I didn't like the McMahon one at first, but it slowly grew on me as time went by. The Drew Fuller wall did have another picture in it, but with the effects it just looked wrong, and well odd ...so I removed that image from it. I'm so glad to hear that one of my tuts. helped you!!!! Smiling away now, I can imagine, lol. Just thankful I learned something else about Photoshop with it.
