So has everyone started the new semester yet?? I began last Monday. It's going pretty good so far, but that's because I haven't had a ton of homework yet, which I know is coming. I'm in Graphic Design I, Web Design I, Psych 101 (in room 314 how wierd), Advertising in America, and Fibers. Web Design has been so boring we've been learning how to put images and links on websites. She gives us an hour to work on the in in-class assignments, and it takes me like 5 mins. being that I already know HTML, everyone else ends up staying after trying to figure the stuff out, and it's not that complicated even if you don't know HTML. My fibers class is so dumb. I'm required to take it even though I'm a graphic design major, and we are learning how to dye clothes.

Started semester 2 back in January, but not that busy until week 32 (6weeks away) as the break from some modules is over. New module though - Children's Rights and Entitements.
Had the introductory session today and was really psyed as done 19th century British politics, so from a childhood historical perspective I was sorted. However, as she went in more depth, she gave us a warning that some of the stuff that we will be covering and discussing may be uncomfortable for some due to personal experiences, especially when she gave examples which made me extremely uncomfortable. Did say we could have a quiet word with her, but as we don;t know what each session topic is yet, can;t actually do it.
Apart from that, in 2days a week still as the session on the Monday isn;t compulsary and its only to work on the computers, which most of us have at home anyways.
For HTML, if your not using Frontpage (which kind of writes it for you, but good tool to learn from), adding pictures and links is not that hard to do and my HTML are well...limited. Know a few from helping forums out, but thats it as don't have enough time to learn it properly.
Hats off to you Steve and anyone else who knows it! :)

I'm still stuck in second semester senior application mode. I'm waiting for answers. I'm in love with Columbia College in Chicago. I'm practically praying to get in!

I'm a first year at Smith College, planning on declaring as a psychology major soon. Also planning to take a semester abroad in my junior year at the University of New South Whales to study forensics and criminology.
My classes are all kicking my ass this year. Japanese, History, and Philosophy. My only easy class is Psychology of Women and Gender.
I live in a dorm with the worst Buffy fan in existance... she is obsessed to the point of owning tons of sunnydale high and UCSD clothes and writing her college essay on BTVS but she despises Angel, Dawn, Season 5, Season 7, and says things like "Faith was only good in season 3, no one liked her when she was doing Robin". Personally I think she just hates anything that could possibly contradict her Fuffy obsession...

Well the most important thing is that she's a Buffy fan!!! I wish I had some friends who watched Buffy, but they all think it's stupid (though the won't give it a chance either)
