Do you think there will ever be a Buffyverse movie?
Do you guys think there will ever be a Buffyverse movie? To be honest, I don't think there is ever going to be one. One second Joss is saying there closer to it happening, the next he's saying they don't have time. I'm still hoping for one, but pretty soon James Marsters won't want to do it, and even now I don't think as many fans care anymore.

He is almost finished completing Wonder Woman script. SO it will be in post production soon, so once thats done i think he may get into the BuffyVerce movie

Ohhhhh....I hope so. Now we just have to have James and Amy available. I think he's almost done on Smallville, and I don't know if she's done on Alias yet.

Alias is gonna be cancelled after this season.. Amy will be on this whole last season.. What she'll do after that, I don't know.. But I'd rather have a new Angel season instead of a movie

Oh def. that would be the best thing ever (well a new season of Buffy would be my number one choice lol). I heard that Alias's last five episodes were cut ...if I were an Alias fan I'd be so mad.

James i belive is going to be in the next season of smallville.

O, I didn't know that I thought he S P O I L E R was going to die (permanently) at the end of this season. That'll be cool to see him in another season though.

I'm pretty sure there won't be a Buffy movie, David and SMG both had similar responses to a Buffy or Angel movie, which is that it's unlikely they will come back for one. I read this is Buffy/Angel magazine! Now James said he would like to do one though, yay there!

i dont think its going to happen..... and i dont really care. i mean, i love buffyverse to death obviously, and there were way too many tears when each ended, but id just rather see it go properly than try to raise it from the death

Actually, I think I feel the same way. I love Buffy and Angel but they went out on top and I would hate for something in the movie to break that.

I'd rather have new episodes than a movie to be honest.. There are so many characters that haven't been fully explored.. Such as Faith, Illyria, Connor etc... I don't know if there ever will be a movie or something else, but anything can happen.. I mean look at Firefly, the show had like 1 season in 2002, then it got cancelled.. In 2005 they made a movie based on the show, which was 3 years later.. Anything can happen.....

I agree with you Nelly. Though at the sametime I do worry that if the Buffyverse is re-opened it could ruin it, but at the same time I think the fans would love anything. I'm always changing my mind though whether or not it would be a good idea. Of course who wouldn't be excited to see a new Buffyverse spin-off or movie.

Joss won't be working on a movie. He's dedicating his time to the comic right now.

I would love a Buffy movie, it'll never happen. They won't get the actors together again, they've moved on. I think Joss realizes this too, hence the comic season 8.
