Flu Shots
What is even in a flu shot? I mean literally. I know the "flu" is in and all that but my mum forced me to get mine when I went to the doctors to get my heart checked out but now I'm really sick. I got it about a month ago but I still have some sort of fever. My symptoms are pretty basic: sore throat, cough, stuffed-up, tired. I think the tired may come from school and work and all that. But really what is the point of getting a flu shot if you're still going to be sick. And besides I think my immune system is pretty strong by now. I've never gotten a stupid flu shot before but now I'm all sicky. G double r.

Yeah, sometimes the shot is actually what makes you sick...hope you feel better though.

Thanks. I actually woke up this morning feeling a lot better. I still have horrible cough but oh well. And my heart is actually acting up which isn't good. Sighers. Life is soooo painful. :(

Heart problems run in my family, so my family always panics with heart pain.

Hmmm... well my family actually has no history of really and medical conditions so I'm going to assume these sharp pains in my chest are reoccuring heartburn or perhaps just the result of not eating right and not excercising nearly enough.

Well that's good (that it doesn't run in your family not that you don't exercise, though I'm guilty of the same)
