Ok, not exactly rough day material but I need to get this off my chest. Right, people are always telling me to move my website (TOBS) to Freewebs because they don't have the annoying ads. Ok, so Bravenet has the ads but ONLY when the header hasn't loaded because after it has you can't see them because I made the layout header a size which covers most of them and I'm happy with the size to be perfectly honest, even if it does not cover them all - I'm not making it any bigger. To be honest, I can't see the ad's when I log on because I never view webpages on full screen but thats not how everyone works. It ruins it a tad, but not much. I've tried Freewebs and it just bugs me especially the way you upload files..which when I was looking for free hosting when I first started out, freewebs was the first place I tried. Ok, so nearly a year ago, so things might have changed but I'm happy for now where I am. With Freewebs when I was there, you could only upload 5 files at a time which drove me crazy where with Bravenet I can upload as many at I want at one time which I think is easier and quicker. FTP is easier than a file manager. Sorry, but thats my opinion. Ok, I admit their is the IE pop-ups which I didn't realise people got because I don't use IE but I have pop-up blockers anyways, so I apoligise for that. I have considered getting hosted as people have recommended it and I have looked around, actually filled in a form but just never sent in. I've settled at Bravenet for all the back-draws it has but I can see past them, like most people..its just those people who can't who always say 'Go To Freewebs, Go To Freewebs' etc...and its becoming annoying. Also, I don't feel ready to move yet, ignoring the fact that I don't have time...its just one of those feelings which I'm not going to force to change until it does on its own. Maybe when the site has grown more, I don't know. It happens when it happens.

I always got nervous when moving my sites, and I know it's not as simple as just getting a new host. Just do whatever makes you happy, if other people don't like it then that's their problem!!

I know - Its just the odd person that complains but its seems to be just recently that people have said stuff. Yeah, I know its not just as simple as getting a new host, there is a lot of your going into the unknown and deadlines to met, which you don't have if you switch to a freehost like Freewebs and such. Ok, so you may never have used Freewebs before, but you can mess up and take your time which with some hosters you can't get. Might be presuming here, so correct me if I'm wrong. I'm happy for now anyways, never expected the site to be up as long as it did as I know I get bored with things easily, so thats another reason why. If the site stays up longer and grows a tad more, maybe. Never know what the future holds.

What do you mean about deadlines??

She means like some people who host sometimes will say, your site have to be updated every month at least once, and you have to get your site up in 2 weeks. it happens, i know a few people who do that. So sometimes free hosts are good, but the ads suck lol BOY do i know that! lol Dont listen to others Patchi if your happy then good. You dont have to please the whole world lol <3

O okay, yeah I have to update mine every two weeks!! Which is fine for me, because I do try to do at least once a week if I can.

Yeah, thats what I meant - But what if you go away for 2weeks without notice, like a family emergency? I know if I had a family emergency, it would be expensive to get there and they live in the middle of absolutely nowehere!! Signal is rubbish or non-existant. I ccould do a once a month thing and often update once every 2 weeks, but there is always gonna be a time where 2 weeks is to much because life is life - It gets hectic at moments. Yeah, lol...the ads may suck, but I can see past it, most other people can see past it and handle the minor nuisance they can/may cause. And I am happy!! For now, lol

Most host don't even check, even though they say they will (at least it seems that way to me). But when you're site isn't very big, it's not really necassary to get hosted!

Exactly...its not that big - yet, lol
