I like the top one a lot, though it's difficult to read the text in that one. Again the texture works nicely, but I wish there was a little more contrast.

Nice work again. I like bits of both of them. Like the texture in the first one and the james font, as Steve says the text in the first is a little hard to read. I prefer the text in the second. All in all still a great job

The text is easier to read in the second - but I prefer the first one, it's got more contrast and thus, seems more dynamic, I think. Could probably still increase the contrast more I think. The texture esp. on the left JM is great though.
