- Roleplayer: Angel Other players allowed: Any Scoobies, Spike, Illyria Angel Angel stepped into the Slayer Academy main entrance. He had seen many amazing buildings in his time, but he couldn't believe the size of this one. The Watcher's Council obviously wasn't hit terribly hard financially after Caleb to be able to afford this place. He looked around then checked his watch..."I can't be that early where is everyone?" Buffy had told him, Illyria and Spike to meet at the academy after getting off the plane. He decided to look around a bit while he waited. "Maybe she's checking on the slayers who were wounded in battle." He was grateful that Willow had the vision of the big fight in L.A. Buffy was able to bring the slayers in time. That's why he came to Rome...Angel's team couldn't stay in L.A. He heard the door open then...

Illyria stepped inside the room where Angel was and stood next to him. ''What is this place?'' she asked while tilting her head slightly. She'd never been here before. She did sense that it was something of the supernatural.

"Illyria." He had been hoping Buffy would have been the one to come in. "It's the new Slayer's Academy, for all the new slayers. Long story short, all the potential slayers are now actual slayers, and this is where they are trained and taught."

''Slayers...'' Illyria said. ''I've heard of them. In my time Slayers were new to my world. They were killed viciously and constantly.'' she told Angel. ''What are we doing in this place?''

"We did something huge back in LA the Senior Partners aren't going to take it lightly. There's no way we can stay there." But he wondered, would Buffy and the others be in danger now too.

Buffy walked slowly towards the huge building that was the new Slayers Academy, she glanced at the door and saw it was a crack open. She silently peered in through the heavy oak door, and immediately saw Angel. He was talking, and her heart fell slightly, she had hoped he would be alone. Still it would be so good to see him again. Buffy pulled open the door with ease, and saw that it was in fact Illyria that Angel was talking to. They both spun round, and Buffy padded across the shiny wood floor toward them. "Hey" she said quietly and gave them a weak smile. She looked up at Angel and searched his face for some sign of emotion, but then noticed Illyria staring at her and quickly shifted her glance away.

"Buffy" He walked over to her and gave her a long hug, wanting so bad to kiss her.

Illyria tilted her head to the side again, she did that alot. Her eyes went from the top, to the bottom of the little Slayer. She sensed it immediately. ''You're a Slayer...'' she said. Then she looked at Angel. ''You've acquainted with this creature?'' she asked him.

"To put it simply...yeah." He didn't feel like explaining their history to her. It was to long and too complicated, and he was sure Illyria would loose interest quickly.

Angel released her from his tight embrace, Buffy didn't want to let go, she could spend forever just in his arms. She looked up at his eyes for a moment, and saw a fleeting longing look in his eye. She knew how he felt, he could probably see it in her's too. She closed her eyes for a moment and let her inner pain overwhelme her for a few seconds, she wanted him so bad. "So Illyria right?, I've heard about you, I knew who you were as soon as I saw you, no mistaking those royal blue eyes."

''You've heard of me?'' Illyria asked in a curious tone. ''How is it possible for you to recognize my shell?'' she asked again. Illyria wasn't in her true form now, so how could Buffy recognize her like this.

Buffy sighed. "Well, the thing is recently I caseem to be able to sense Goddesses or demons etc when they aren't in their true form. And well Angel told me about you once and well I sorta presumed it was you. I heard you were coming. Call it Slayer's Intuition i guess." Buffy gave her a smile and looked back at her "and I presume you know I'm Buffy, Buffy Summers?"

Illyria rolled her eyes. ''In my time, names of those who were not important were not remembered. Slayers were murdered constantly. Kings and Gods did not care about such a thing.'' she told Buffy. ''Why are we here?'' Illyria asked, going from one subject, to another

Buffy was taken slightly aback. "Nothing like the harsh truth eh?" she thourght to herself. She looked up at Illyria again, "Well, thats nice, well you know who I am now and err hopefully we can get along just fine in the near future, since I seem to have lived past 25. " "As for what we are doing here, I hope Angel can shed some light on the subject." She looked across to where Angel was standing.

"Well after the big fight in L.A. we had discussed the fact that Spike, Illyria and I couldn't stay there any longer. I thought it would be best to come here." Buffy did tell them to meet her here after all, maybe she wasn't planning for us to stay.
