What program do you use?
Hey all I was wondering what program you all use to make vids.. I've used Windows Movie Maker but that one doesn't have neat effects.. I've also tried Adobe Premiere Pro but I didn't understand it much, and it was pretty hard.. Does anyone know a program that's cool and easy to work with? What do you guys recommend? Thanks!

I use Vegas Video...it's got a lot of cool effects and it's easier to learn that Premiere Pro.

Umm...let's see!!! I'm not sure where to start. Anything specific you want to know. To import clips, File>Import Media To add effects click Video FX at the bottom and click and drag the one you want. Right click on clips to split them, drag the ends in to shorten them. That's the basics :)

No I don't mind if you ask for help at all. To slow down vid clips, right clip on the clip and then click properties, then in the little box that says playback rate, type a number lower than one (but higher than 0 obviously) to slow it down, to speed up type a number bigger than one. BTW, if you would like to become an actual member, feel free to join...once you join, you can choose from different styles, use U2U mail, add info. about yourself, get e-mails when your posts have been replied to etc.

You can use Goddess Illyria if you want...your name doesn't have to be one word, but if you'd rather continue the way you are doing it, that's fine :)

I have a problem with this, I can't open my episodes in Vegas.. It's mpg, and everytime I try to import it, it says something about a missing plug-in or something.. what can I do?

That's weird...I'm not sure I haven't had that problem. I would try re-installing it. If that doesn't work, go to the website, and see if there are any updates regarding that problem. Sorry I couldn't be more help
